  • Cream cheese

  • Sugar
    60g
  • egg
    2ea
  • vanilla oil
    1g
  • almond powder
    100g
  • Powerful rice flour
    100g
  • whipped cream
    180g
  • Walnut
    suitably
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Whisk cream cheese, add sugar and mix well.
STEP 2/6
Add eggs and vanilla oil and mix,
STEP 3/6
Sieve almond powder and rice powder and mix them evenly. Lastly, add whipped cream and mix it. It's a pretty dry dough.^^
STEP 4/6
Pour the dough into a parchment mold and flatten it with a scraper or spatula, then place the prune and walnut on top.
STEP 5/6
Cover the rest of the dough and you're done.^^ Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

After cooling the finished cake with a mold, remove the parchment paper, seal it well to prevent air from entering, and put it in the refrigerator and taste it a day later
Maybe it's because there's a lot of whipped cream - it feels like the deep taste of cream cheese is being applied. It's a little muddy with rice powder, and I'd like to reduce the amount of whipped cream by half. I like the sourness and heavy texture of the frun part
